At the talk I was at last night about murder, they said that they were able to determine the date of death from the mould that had grown on the corpses. I never considered that bodies got moudly. But anyway, this is far less interesting than that...

I'm eating bread that's at least two weeks old, aside from the fact it's like eating sandpaper it's fine...there's no mould. But sometimes it gets mouldy almost as soon as it hits use by date. WHY?

Is it different for white than brown? And you know that black mould that grows behind fridges and kills people, well why is that so bad but you can eat blue cheese.
