Weather forecast for the UK today:

Some sunshine for central and eastern areas. Remaining cloudier elsewhere.

Largely cloudy with mist and locally dense fog at first. Many central and eastern areas becoming sunnier and pleasantly warm. Staying cloudier in the west though with patchy drizzle, and some outbreaks of rain in western Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Thanks to some of the people of DIS, I have happy ears today.
