Just been told our rent is (inevitably) going up this year to the sum of an extra £65 per month each. This is a lot. Gonna try and negotiate it down a bit (which will fail) so it seems inevitable that I'm gonna be moving come the end of May.

Someone find me a 3 bedroom place which is affordable and somewhere I can easily get to work in Old Street from please? Thanks.
