Imagine if phones gave a description of the phonecall as it's ringing

untrue [Edit] [Delete] 16:59, 2 March '12

The phone somehow has a rough idea of what's about to take place or provides a description of the ringer and displays a two word summary as it's ringing.

You're lying in bed on a Sunday morning and your mobile starts ringing next to you. You look at the screen and it says 'Mum Mobile' and underneath is written 'Moving conversation'. You answer it and she asks how you're doing and then tells you that she's been to visit your granddad's grave and someone's kicked down the headstone. She starts crying.

Some old man is sat watching Countdown in his living room really loudly when he hears his house phone ringing above the noise of the television. It's a cordless, newish one with a display on it. He walks into the hall, picks up the phone without answering and looks at it. It's an unknown number, but written underneath are the words 'Nervous youngster'. He swears under his breath, leaves the phone ringing and makes his way to the back garden where he's greeted by the sight of a football right in the middle of his garden. He chucks it over next door's fence and hears a boy's voice shout 'thanks'.
