Just applying for an 'IT Web Designer' position and it states 'some experience required' but the description sounds like it just involves pretty basic stuff. I'm okay at CSS but probably no more than that. How do you imply that you're okay at something but not great? I think being okay at CSS and Dreamweaver would be adequate for the job.
