GAME are not going to be stocking Mass Effect 3 (which will certainly be one of the biggest selling games of the year and are cancelling all preorders, same with Mario Party 3 as they'll no longer be stoking any EA or Nintendo games.

I've also noticed that Sony stuff I've purchased from them recently comes with a nice little sticker informing you that the item remains the property of Sony until sold.

Can't be long now can it?
