+ went out for a nice meal with friends yesterday
+ off to a jazz club tonight for the first time in absolutely ages

- lost EVEN MORE money, because I forgot to take it out of the cashpoint and just walked away. I shouldn't handle money.
- bit worried about a friend; he has had 2 panic attacks in 3 days.
