so I clicked LOG IN to my halifax thing and all my windows shut and my desktop items disappeared and my bottom bar thing went away and just this came up. http://oi43.tinypic.com/w9a6i0.jpg
I restarted and tried again and the same thing happened.

Do I call Halifax? It worked normally on my colleagues computer.
