Shall I get it or is it going to ruin my life?

Will it run on my PC (Windows 7, Pentium Dual-Core 3GHz, 3GB Ram, standard video card)? This means it is somewhere in between minimum and recommended apparently, which means it should work, but it won't end up looking like Starfox, right? GTA 4 doesn't run on my computer for instance.

Is it worth paying £31 and getting Morrowind and Oblivion thrown in too?
