I'm going shopping tomorrow and need meal inspiration. I got a food processor for Christmas - thanks, Mum - so it's time to branch out a bit.

I'm trying to eat better, although my efforts are being partly thwarted by my better half's insistence that a meal isn't a meal with potatoes, melted cheese, pasta, or more potatoes.

I had half a packet of supermarket's own brand filled pasta, with garlicy oil (it wasn't done well enough to warrant a proper Italian name). It was average, and not at all healthy.
