Let's talk about bloody people. I've got an advertisement for my room going online and it specifically says room available from May 26th 2012 and I'm still getting phonecalls from people saying 'oh can we move in ASAP then?' - If you read the damn advert properly then you'll know what date you can move in.

Also, someone rang me regarding the advert at 2330 last night and I'm ill and it was annoying. BLOODY PEOPLE EH?
