Bath: nice and big, would probably be nice if I used it for a bath 7/10

Sink: A bit shit, too low and no mixer tap. 5/10

Shower (over bath): Nice and powerful but water goes cold for 15 seconds, every 40 seconds. Shower curtain moldy. 6/10

Toilet: Could be better, flush handles thick logs very well but often struggles with fragmented, flakey poo. Comfortable seat, well positioned seat, rarely get pins and needles in my leg. 6.8/10

Cabinet?: Great cabinet, an antique apparently. Corner shaped. 7.5/10

Bonus features: Extractor fan - a bit noisy, does its job 6.5/10
