I finished watching series 4 of 30 Rock last night, and I realised just how much I love it. I laugh, a lot, out loud, at every episode. It has great characters (Jack, Tracey, Kenneth, Jenna). It has sharp references. It has surreal cutaways. It has slapstick. It has great guest stars (John Hamm, Al Gore, Buzz Aldrin, Michael Sheen as a character called Wesley Snipes: 'If you were given a picture of me and the black actor and asked who looks like a Wesley Snipes, you'd pick the skinny white Englishman EVERY TIME!'). It's a fantastic programme, up there with Arrested Development and the US Office, but no-one seems to ever talk about it. It's all about your sunny Philadelphias and recreational parks these days.
