Just finished watching the excellent 'A Prophet' and it got me wondering about what daily prison-life would be like, especially if you considered yourself to be a fairly normal individual and not a hardened criminal or whatever..

Anyway, came across this fascinating / horrifying account by some guy on a forum, it's not particularly pleasant reading, but enlightening all the same
