Totally random person popped into my dream last night and I can't think exactly who she is, though I am almost certain that she exists and is some sort of TV personality, and perhaps is a commentator, maybe an art / literature / music critic, or perhaps a late night TV presenter of some sort. Might possibly have been an actress playing a role in a TV show or film though I'm pretty sure she's actually a real person.

Basically she's quite tall and thin and angular, black or very dark brown 90s thin shoulder length hair. Might be known for wearing leather jackets and possibly shades. Not particularly attractive I don't think, at least not conventionally. In her 30s I think. Was probably around in the late 90s, though might have been more 00s.

Might be an American who resides in Britain though I wouldn't want this to be a red herring.

This is driving me mad. It's probably someone I've never even heard of but seen once or twice on The Culture Show about eight years ago. Weird.
