I'm looking to book a holiday for the summer. I'd like to go to a sandy beach, nice resort - away from the hubbub and maybe where I can use some self contained underwater breathing apparatus.

I've looked at the maldives, but it's not as good in July/August.

I've also looked at cancun, but with flights it's a little out of my price range.

Requirements: Needs to be hot, nice beaches, potentially little beach hut hotel rooms, not where I'm going to bump into some fat lard arsed brit drinking stella, roughly 7 nights.

Budget is currently around £1,200 per person but I'm sure I'll be able to save more before then, but I don't really want to have to spend more.
