Hi guys!

Saw this for the second-ever time last night and it was even harder than the first time.

It is the most indefensibly bad film that I have or ever will see.

So much so that anyone who even tries to suggest "you had to be there to appreciate it" should really be seen as a total moron by everyone else.

If it was all ironic, it'd be fine. But it's not. The girls are ranting about SHIT MEN because the film wants girl viewers to go "YEAH I THINK THAT TOO!". Life on Mars is talking about drugs giving you a WHOLE NEW PERSPECTIVE because drug people should be going "HAHA YEAH SO TRUE MAN".

There isn't even a winnet of irony in there.

I refuse to accept it is "of its time" when many, many good films came out around that point. And if it is, it shows what an absolute skidmark of a time it was to be a part of.
