does anyone remember this time about two (possibly more) years ago when i learnt to cook? and you all gave me simple fool-proof recipes, and i cooked them, and took photos and rated them out of ten, and then i got adventurous and started making proper stuff completely from scratch, and could actually cook? brilliant, right?

yeah well, i can't cook anymore. i do know how to cook, but things keep going wrong. and i've been here for four months now, and i can't keep blaming it on the wrong ingredients or the oven or whatever. so basically, what i am looking for, are FOOL-PROOF recipes. criteria:

1) vegetarian/can be easily adapted to veggie
2) nothing microwavable (i don't have one)
3) maybe something a bit interesting, you know? not just like, beans on toast. pasta and pesto. more like... a simple lasagne, or something.
4) if you can put links or something, that would be rad.
