100 shares? It's enough apparently to keep a child alive. But I really doubt the surgery is dependent on shares, it seems like it is just someone looking to get a few shares on the back of someones suffering.....but can people really be that bad?

But then again if it gets someones attention and they are willing to pay for the operation , fairplay.Or maybe the machines run on facebook shares.

Anyway it is horrible to see any child suffer I just really hope they're are not being exploited.
