I had a fun night out in A & E and wound up stopping overnight. A guy was admitted next to me and when I woke up, his curtains were pulled virtually the whole way round bar a smallish gap, through which I cold see the guy completely and utterly covered in a sheet, in much the way you'd . Later on the curtains were pulled round until about 2pm with no sound of anyone moving aside.

Turned out he was actually still alive though, which is a pleasantly anti-climactic end to the story.
