recently had to start going into HSBC as nursery I am treasurer of uses it - only opens 9.30 to 4.30 and not at weekends...and then it has its own piped HSBC radio, like a supermarket. Plus the one in my town has two big old steps so people on mobility scooters etc have to ring a bell for a person to come out to them, take their money/cards or whatever then go in do the banking and come back outside with the slips/money. LUDICROUS
