Mine's was in the restaurant in a 5 star hotel in Madrid.

Starter of roast veg consisted of three bits of lightly griddled aubergine and a bit of red pepper. None of which could concievably be viewed as being anywhere near roast. Failed to eat any of that.

Main course was a simple dish of lamb chops, salad and chips (i'd been a bit ill and needed something plain). The chops were barely cooked, the salad was a single bit of iceberg torn in half and the chips were those really cheap frozen chips bad kebab shops sell. I sent this back.

It was returned to me a couple of minutes later where it looked very much like the chef had just thrown the lot into a frying pan or wok. The chops were still inedible but a bit burnt on the outside and the chips had taken on a thrice cooked quality which deemed them also inedible.

It's one of the very few times I've had a proper hissy fit in public, refused to pay and left the establishment shouting rude words.
