How difficult is it to play Liszt's hungarian rhapsody no 2? Can anyone play it (proudofmysoncentric)

Cos I think my son has just about got it .......he seems to spend most of his time mastering the difficult fast bits so I havnt got to hear it all the way through, but overall I think I've heard him play all of this

To me, the uninitiated, it seems ferociously difficult towards the end, but what do I know, apparently the pieces that Bill Bailey plays in black books (flight of the bumblebee and another sound difficult but arn't the most difficult)
