I'm cooking tonight and need a sauce to go with it.

Chicken stuffed with goats cheese wrapped in Parma ham.
Spicy potato rosti.

A bit boring so need a good sauce to really give a good tasty juiciness to it.

I am also open to a complete menu rethink if you have any suggestions. I'm off to the shops in an hour or so.

If you could describe your suggestions in the style of Greg off of Masterchef that too will help.
