woke up at 4am screaming in agony cos of my mouth/wisdom tooth/thingy. Calmed down a bit now, but consequential lack of sleep means i'm knackered at work. gonna book a dentists appointment for the morrow i think.

managed a 7km run last night, which was nice. aerobic/core training at the gym tonight, which will be hell, as ever. Girlfriend also finds out where she's been placed for her f1, so she's coming down today to get incredibly drunk either way.
