Received letter on Friday dated the 28th of November saying they're pleased to tell me they can pay me Jobseeker's Allowance from the 23rd of November. They've not rang me yet though. Dunno what's going on. I rang them last Wednesday (one week after applying) to tell them that I'd still not received a call back and they said it can take up to 11 days to be processed. I've received the letter of confirmation though, so surely that means it has been processed.

Anyone ever applied for it and they've taken ages to ring back to tell you when your first appointment is etc?
