OK so Saturday 17th December at The Windmill in Brixton I have organised a get together to celebrate the works of the greatest band of all time REM. Seven acts will perform well over 40 REM songs throughout the night. There is also :

- A free REM themed (but entirely general knowledge, as in no REM specific questions) Pub Quiz with actual prizes at 7pm!

- joeymahone (and possibly bamos) DJing after the bands until late - bit like Zonino?

We have It's Fiction playing, which includes many DiS regulars including Oceanstorm, johnny_rat, eltham, nice_squirrel (sadly absent), TheoGB (I think?), someone else I have forgotten (sorry). I'm also shaving my head, painting my face and singing in a different band.

Even if you don't really like REM, the clubnight and quiz will be mega fun.
