I have a genuine problem (shaking hand - centric)

chris_is_cool [Edit] [Delete] 19:48, 30 November '11

My upper back has been hurting a bit today after a pretty strenuous session yesterday in the gym.

Today I did some boxing and rowing and skipping and now my left hand is shaking so much. I've had to correct several spelling errors due to the shake whilst typing this.

My whole arm feels weak. I'v searched online and it's a fairly common problem, but they say have some sugar and carbs and it usually sorts it out. Since my workout (finished around 1630) i've had a bottle of coke and a sandwich in order to try and get it to stop and it's just not stopping or easing off.

Has this happened to anyone before? Did you just sleep it off?
