How do you know what's going to be on TV?

hip_young_gunslinger [Edit] [Delete] 15:35, 24 November '11

Have you just remembered when your favourite programmes are, and risk missing anything out of the blue?

Do you buy a weekend paper with a 7-day TV guide, or dedicated listings magazine such as the Radio Times (and if so, which is the best - I hate to say it, but the Daily Mail's Weekend magazine on a Saturday is amazingly thorough).

Is there a website you use? Or an app? I have an app on my phone, but it's less accessible than a nice double page spread in a paper.

I used to get a daily email called TVBite with the day's highlights, but that seems to have disappeared.

Or do you just not really watch TV any more and use iPlayer or equivalent, if at all.
