Yesterday at work someone accidently sent an email with very sensitive information attached to the wrong people and will probably get sacked. Today my colleague accidently sent an instant message slagging someone off to the person they were slagging off (so funny, she just burst out with "Fuck, fuck I've sent it to HER, I'VE SENT IT TO HER")
