Cluster headaches, or 'suicide headaches'.
Has anyone else experienced these before?
I woke up at 5am this morning in the WORST pain and lay there for an hour not being able to move. The right side of my brain felt like it was about to break through my head. Something about serotonin levels and REM sleep.
Do I need to go to the doctor? From what I can gather there's not really much to do apart from steroids which I'm not really up for.
Feel awful today :(
