Having been to a lot of football matches in the early 90s and a number of indie gigs, I've been to some pretty white places. On Saturday I went to a beer festival and it took the biscuit, there was one slightly Turkish looking bloke and I also spotted one asian girl. That was it.

Towards the end they cracked out a Wurlitzer organ and there was singing, Land of Hope and Glory, Jerusalem, that sort of thing. It felt like this room of pissed up men was one crazed orator away from a putsch.
