leading on from Jordan's thread about lending Italy money: does a website exist whereby people can choose to lend each other money at a rate that would still leave the lender in a good position
but would significantly undercut, say, Wonga or Pounds til Payday or whoever?
I assume the answer is "no, because you'd have to be pretty stupid to lend to someone who is having to go to Wonga to borrow money". just wondering, though.
