- my coffee this morning took 25 minutes to cool to an acceptable level of warmth. they appear to be using superheated steam to make coffee now.
- i tried to remove a price stick from a water bottle and it left the adhesive residue that took 30 minutes of scrubbing and rubbing to get rid of.
- o2 won't accept my bank card for a top up because it apparently is a credit card when it's a debit card, and my bank is declining it. :(
