anyone got a phobia or have panicky spells?
I've started to be mega afraid of heights recently. Never liked being high up and close to edges but recently it's got a lot worse. Started last year when I went to the Eiffel tower and freaked before I reached the second tier.
Since then I've gotten worse and this weekend I got all panicky when I was driving over the dartford crossing.
Going to see a counsellor (sp?) this weekend about some other stuff, but will probably mention this, but wondered if anyone else have this or similar problems and got any advice?
