Like every Ipod every I know has ever owned the wheel button thing on my Ipod doesn't work properly - first play went, then menu - but today it crashed and without the menu button I can't restart it. Also plugging it into my laptop get Itunes all riled up and it tells me to sod off and reset my Ipod before bothering to try plugging it back in again.

What can I do?

If it's properly fucked will an Apple Store tell me to get lost with my 13 month old product?
