Im gonna do an open uni degree

Has anyone else done one? or thought about it?
I'm due to start PPE in January and want to know damn it.

also does anyone know what the status of OU degrees are in relation to normal ones. Obviously it's no Oxbridge masters, but it's better than a BA in Hamburger Studies from Bognor Regis Poly right?
