I was out around London last night and were sitting down around Piccadily Circus in a group of 5 of us, when a man comes over and starts doing a card trick. The card trick was amazing, I'll give that to him, but then he said he screwed up his life on hard drugs and asked us for money.

Now, Of course I gave him money, but I'm annoyed in the order he asked. Surely, he should state his intention of wanting money before doing the card trick, there by us deciding whether we want to give him money. But the fact he asks for money after, makes us feel guilty not too. He's just an emotional blackmailer, and I do not like this sinister undertone that's running through the homeless community at the moment, it threatens to destroy the whole structure of their society. Emotional blackmailer is the death of the busker.

It was the best fucking card trick I'd ever seen though.
