Made one for the first time ever last night.

It had:

- A nut and lentil bake, with mushroom, goats cheese and tomoato topping/crust thing.
- Roast potatoes
- Roast Squash
- Carrots
- Steamed greens
- Gravy

I was pretty pleased with it to be honest, very tasty indeed.

I know this is likely to excite a load of *that's no roast dinner where's the meat* replies, and in a way I'm inclined to agree. So, can you call a roast a roast if there is no animal involved?
