Loan was meant to be in this week. Everyone got a text on Monday saying loan would be in their account on Tuesday. I didn't recieve one. Nor did I recieve my loan on Tuesday. Or Wednesday. Or today.

I took the brave step of ringing them up to see where my money had gone.

Spent 20 minutes waiting to speak to someone.

Explained the situation and the girl had a look, said that my loan had been 'blocked' but she had no idea why, but she would find out for me.

Now, rather than taking my details and getting back to me, like any decent organisation would, I was put on hold for another 50 minutes while my problem was sorted out.

Finally got to speak to somebody again and apparently someone had started to process my payment but then (in the words of the girl on the phone) 'must've gone for their lunch and forgotten all about it' and as a result my application ended up blocked.

Should have my money on Monday or Tuesday next week now.

Bunch of inept cunts couldn't organise a piss-up in a brewery.

I feel like sending them an angry letter explaining that I want the moron who left my application 'half-finished' sacked and I want compensating for the hour and a half phone call I had to pay for to sort out their cock up.
