After a brief Indian summer it's going to get cold again, which means no light canvas Vans, which is basically what I wear from April-October.

Last year for winter I bought some Vans, which had some warm lining, but they weren't very water proof and it actually wore away in the end.

So, calling all men. What casual, everyday shoes do you wear during winter? I'd like to avoid those big heavy leather boots that everyone seemed to be weating last year and also those sand coloured workman style boots too.
