Or meet up with their mates?

Cos we have these spiders in our house, just one kind, they must eat all the other kind or something but they're not like other spiders. Dead long legs but REALLY skinny ones like strands of hair. Anyway, I was just thinking, they obviously live here full time and the house is quite big - there's one in my room now but his wife or whatever is in the kitchen. How do they ever see each other again, they must have a base but this guy's REALLY far away from the kitchen where I normally see them. In spider miles anyway.

Where do they nest?

ALSO HE'S DANGLING ABOVE MY BED LIKE HE'S GOING TO EAT ME BUT HE'S TOO HIGH TO PUT A GLASS OVER :( HELP.
