We have a massive one just built in Telford, about 10 miles away from where I live. I needed to buy myself some underwear and a dressing gown to take to uni. I expected all of the different sections to be labelled nicely so where I knew where to find them. No such luck.

I pretty much ended up doing a Father Ted in the womens section, made all the more humiliating by the fact that I was on my own. I eventually found the area I was looking for, but then spent ages trying to find things in my size, that I liked and most importantly, were cheap. Given that this was the male underwear section, I became self conscious in case people just thought I was there for my own enjoyment or something, looking at underwear (which I wasn't, I just couldn't decide what to get).

Eventually, I walked towards the till, after having found the items I wished to purchase. I pull out my debit card, and hand over the garments. This wasn't the till, this was the customer service desk.

In conclusion, Primark (and probably most shops of a similar nature), is not my natural habitat. I probably shouldn't go to such a place unaccompanied in future. Perhaps I should just go and lock myself in some sort of cave, where I can get away with never having to buy clothes.
