I start this thread because the last few times I've been to McDonalds I've noticed they have an incredibly solid playlist these days... or at least the ones on London Road and Westen Road Brighton do, you get the odd gaffer pop number but these days they seem to specialize in playing indie darlings The National, Arcade Fire, Wild Beasts and the like & pop from the likes of Katy B, Robyn, Beyonce and Rhianna.... I remember when it was all about the S-Club and Daniel Bedingfields. So yeah, my choice is McD's what is yours?
