A friend of mine's letting a pretty nice two double bedroom flat in Muswell Hill (5 - 10 mins walk from the broadway) from the end of September for about £475 a month less bills.

I'm quite keen to move in there 'cos I'm going back to Uni and need to cut down my living costs but my flatmate's less keen, primarily 'cos he's not going back to Uni and doesn't need to cut down his living costs, so I'm trying to find a potential flatmate.

There's a friend of a friend I'm meeting next week who's potentialy interested but I've never met them so don't know how that'll go and someone else who's casually interested so I'm sure someone'll crop up eventually but if anyone is reading this and thinking "that might be alright, I'd like to know more" then please do pm me.
