is this ever acceptable?

I managed to secure a date with a 21 year old a few weeks back. I was clearly punching well above my weight as she was a 9/10.

Anyway, we went out, had a nice time, coffee and shit and things were cool. She was WELL into me. Laughed at all my jokes, touched me continuously and was generally in awe of my brilliance.

However, later in the date, she asked me how old I was. I am 36 and for a split second I considered lying as I have a young looking face. I told the truth and things went downhill rapidly.

With this in mind, I have decided to lie from now on. I am gonna snip exactly 10 years off, as this is nice and easy to remember.

This is OK, no?
