A Very Sad Day for me. Especially as I also just lost my new (just bought the other week) nice sennheiser earphones. Kick in the teeth.

Anyone have any experiences of Zen's dying and being resurrected? Its a Vision:M 60Gb and I do love it so. Basically it was saying the battery was dead, but it wont charge and if I hit the reset button it start 'rebuilding' (as I have done successfully many times before if it has frozen) but then stops about a quarter of the way through and crashes. I cant get it to start up, I cant get it to charge, and i'm feeling very glum about the whole situation.

Really not looking forward to having to get an ipod, seeing as how there is somehow no competition in that market anymore.
