Hugh Jackman judged the speech competition once while I was there probably about 10 years ago. All I remember is him saying "you really made it your own" for everything.
Trevor McDonald gave a speech at prizegiving a couple of years ago. It was shit apparently. Barry Norman did as well a year before that I think. I went to that. It wasn't shit nor was it particularly inspiring (they never are tbf...most soporific things everrrr).
