If someone gave you a cow

CrispinAlexander [Edit] [Delete] 14:48, 31 March '11

a healthy, young cow. would you sell it or trade it instantaneously for its steak content?

i've done some research, a cow - a whole cow - is worth around £800 to £1500.

the steak content is around 10 to 20 good sized, top quality steak. if you cut it up it would last you months.

here's the dilemma: the cow is in your room right now, if you want to sell it, you've got to somehow get it to a farmer or some kind of freelance cow trader. do you try and take it on the tube? do farmers even buy from people who just walk on their land with a cow? well if you can resolve these issues, there could be £1500 in it for you. if not, you'll be stuck with a cow in your room.

alternatively, you can snap your fingers and the cow is replaced, as if by magic, with its steak content all wrapped up in individual bags. this is the easier option, but not the most profitable by any means - who's going to just buy steak off you? are you a gypo in a pub? this would also suck if you didn't even like steak.

i want to know.
