I have an interview on Friday, in the subject of English, I'm in equal parts ecstatic and terrified. Has anyone got any tips? Specifically the kind of things they ask you/are looking for. I think I've prepared pretty well for my interview, but we're also having lunch with the English department, so they're going to be looking at what kind of a person you are, how well you fit in etc.
So yeah.... any tips on how not to be a social retard, how smart to dress etc. would be much appreciated.

Please no posts about well if you don't even know how to talk to people you won't make a very good teacher..... I'm not a complete retard, I'm just bricking it because I want this so much.
